Sporting consists of squads of 5 people starting every 10 minutes. The shoot must be completed in order from stand 1 to 14.
Booking Commences on a shoot day at 10am for the following shoot.
Bookings are made in person at the “sporting hut” or by text. Text requests received prior to 10am on shoot day will not be accepted or responded to .
Slots before 11:30 will be prioritised for squads with 5 club members.
Incomplete squads will have empty spaces filled to give the most people the opportunity to shoot. You may be shooting with people you don’t know.
Once the shoot is “full” names will be put onto a waiting list, these names will be allocated a space when available e.g. cancellations.
Maximum number of people that one person can book on is 5, i.e. one squad.
Repeated “no shows” will lead to that person being put to the back of the priority list, if the person is booked on by another, the person booking will also lose priority.
FCTC reserves the right to block any individual spaces or squad times.
